Apply for Support APPLICATION & SUPPORT PLANNING
Every orchestra, school, teaching group, association, teacher community, local cultural team, and music project is at a different stage of development. This page helps applicants clarify their needs, identify the right support path, prepare the necessary materials, and build a professional summary for the initial consultation.

a support request ready for discussion
First find the right grant pathway,
then start preparing your application.
Different applicants need different kinds of support. Please select the type closest to your organization's current role, and the right side will show suggested application positioning, priority materials, and suitable grant packages to discuss.

Before applying, please check:
Have you laid the groundwork needed to start this conversation?
You don't need every detail perfect before reaching out, but the clearer you can explain "where you are now, what challenges you face, and where you hope to go," the easier it will be to shape a concrete direction in the first meeting.
Situations ready to begin an application
Situations better suited to preparing further before applying
From identifying needs to building a plan,
six stages bring the direction of collaboration gradually into focus.
Applying does not guarantee approval. The Foundation will first understand the organization's current situation and needs, then discuss whether to move to the next stage based on the grant direction, both parties' commitments, and feasibility.
Use the tools on this page to organize your audience, issues, goals, resources, and existing evidence.
Submit a framework summary by Email, describing the grant direction you'd like to discuss.
Confirm roles, needs, development stage, key constraints, and suitability for further evaluation.
Supplement curriculum, team, governance, budget, activity, or outcome data as the project requires.
Discuss the grant module, scope of work, role division, timeline, and evidence of outcomes.
Once both parties confirm feasible conditions, a formal collaboration method and work milestones will be established.
An application packet isn't a stack of paperwork,
but a way for questions and goals to be properly understood.
Please prepare according to your actual situation—there's no need to manufacture results or data that don't exist for the sake of the application. If information is incomplete, mark it "to be confirmed" and clarify together during the initial meeting.

FAQ Before Applying
The following explains the basic principles of applying and initial discussions. Actual forms of support will still depend on the applicant's situation, the Foundation's resources, and conditions confirmed by both parties.
First, clarify your needs,
then decide together on the best next step.
After completing your application framework summary, you can contact the Foundation by email. Please keep the actual situation, unresolved matters, and resource constraints as they are, so the first conversation can start from shared understanding rather than an overly polished proposal.
