Japan Inter-School Collaboration
Campus visits, joint rehearsals, cultural experiences, and teacher dialogues.
Whether you're a school, youth orchestra, educational institution, or city cultural organization, you can apply for a customized event based on your actual needs. From inter-school exchanges and joint rehearsals to international music festivals, masterclasses, and city cultural experiences, applicants are free to choose event elements and provide their team's conditions, timeline, and goals. The Lexuan Foundation will help assess and plan a suitable combination of activities. We also assist groups in applying for related grants~
Campus visits, joint rehearsals, cultural experiences, and teacher dialogues.
City branch venues, youth orchestra platforms, and cross-regional performances.
International music festivals, competitions, classical music cities, and art workshops.
World heritage sites, traditional culture, and venue-based education programs.
Event applications are built around the participants' learning needs and the team's conditions. The applying organization first proposes the type of activity, destination, timing, number of participants, and educational goals, and the Foundation then evaluates performance conditions, faculty, venues, transportation, hospitality, and cultural content to help shape a concrete, executable plan.
Designing accessible, hands-on learning content based on students' age, ensemble level, and school curriculum.
Incorporating local architecture, ways of life, traditions, and city characteristics into the exchange experience.
The applying organization and the Foundation jointly confirm the event's goals, content balance, participation format, and execution conditions.
Preserving the growth and value of every event through photos, certificates, outcome reviews, and learning records.
Each activity element can be chosen independently or combined into a full itinerary based on your team's needs. Multiple items may be selected upon application, and the Foundation will help adjust the proportion and sequence of activities according to destination, number of participants, student age, team size, and duration.
Visit partner schools abroad for welcome exchanges, campus tours, classroom observation, student interaction, and thematic co-learning, gaining an in-depth experience of different educational cultures.
Arrange sectional exchanges, joint repertoire rehearsals, stage run-throughs, and joint performances between both orchestras, helping students build rapport and friendship through musical collaboration.
Take part in international music festivals, orchestra competitions, city showcases, opening/closing concerts, or themed stages, gaining formal performance and international exposure.
Invite conductors, performers, or education experts for demonstrations, orchestra coaching, teaching observation, and dialogue with teachers, enhancing the professional abilities of students and faculty.
Combine traditional architecture, world heritage sites, museums, theaters, local festivals, and city exploration to connect musical activities with local history and culture.
Plan photography, videography, showcase pages, learning certificates, group honors, media coverage, or result sharing based on the activity content, fully preserving the participation journey.
Each activity is individually assessed based on destination, team conditions, and schedule. After completing the online application, the foundation will proceed with information confirmation, activity planning, condition assessment, execution arrangement, and outcome compilation.
Fill in the applying organization, participating team, expected number of people, destination, activity period, and desired learning goals.
