FAQ CENTER

Quickly find answers based on how you'd like to support us

Questions are grouped by type of support. Select a category on the left to switch, then expand each question for details. For matters involving formal donations, receipts, eligibility, or procedures, please refer to the Foundation's official guidelines and direct contact.

Donate to Support

Common questions about ways to give, designated use, and receipts.

Depending on the Foundation's current formal procedures, you may choose to donate funds, contribute instruments, partner as a business, volunteer, or become a partner member. Different forms of support suit different needs—feel free to start with whichever resonates most with you.
Not necessarily. How you support us can be tailored to your circumstances and the Foundation's current programs—whether a one-time gift or ongoing companionship, both are meaningful ways to participate.
If the Foundation currently offers designated projects, you may choose one through the formal process; actual designable items and execution are subject to the current announcement.
Please refer to the Foundation's formal procedures and current regulations for donation receipts and related filing matters.

Instrument Donation

On instrument condition, matching, repair, and other music resources.

As a general principle, instruments still fit for learning or performance use. Actual suitability for matching still depends on the instrument's condition, needs, and the Foundation's current donation process for assessment.
The Foundation will make arrangements according to actual educational needs, instrument condition, and matching conditions—possibly to schools, orchestras, education projects, or other suitable learning settings.
If the instrument needs basic cleaning or repair, you can first provide details of its condition, and the Foundation will explain the follow-up process according to current procedures.
If the item is a resource usable for music education, you're welcome to contact the Foundation first; acceptance will be assessed based on actual needs and storage conditions.

Corporate Partnerships

On ESG / CSR, project collaboration, employee engagement and outcome communication.

Not necessarily. Partnerships can start small—with a single education project, instrument resources, charity performances, employee engagement, or brand co-creation—and grow from there based on mutual needs.
Yes. If a company has a clear ESG / CSR direction, it can work with the Foundation to discuss suitable education and charity collaboration scenarios.
Depending on the project, employees can be involved through participation days, volunteering, talks, or other suitable formats.
Depending on the nature of the collaboration, we may compile activity records, education outcomes, personal stories, images, or other public content; the actual format will be determined jointly by both parties.

Partner Members

On long-term companionship, areas of focus, and ways to participate.

Partner membership emphasizes long-term companionship and ongoing understanding of the Foundation's work, but doesn't necessarily mean a fixed term or fixed amount — actual arrangements follow the Foundation's official programs.
Yes. If you're especially interested in school education, instrument resources, youth orchestras, or international exchange, you can let us know when you join.
The Foundation shares updates on projects, activities, and outcomes through its existing public channels; actual content depends on each period's arrangements.
To adjust your participation or support, please contact us through the Foundation's official process.
