Shared Goals
Clarify the needs the collaboration aims to address, and its value to students, schools, cities, or brands.
When an event involves schools, businesses, cities, cultural institutions, or multiple international partners, what's needed isn't just an event application, but a document that clearly explains the collaboration goals, participants, event structure, division of responsibilities, resources and budget, results announcement, and long-term continuity in a formal collaboration proposal. Lexuan Foundation will work with partner organizations to gradually organize ideas into a proposal summary that both sides can evaluate and discuss.
Clarify the needs the collaboration aims to address, and its value to students, schools, cities, or brands.
Integrate event content, venues, faculty, teams, hospitality, promotion, and execution resources.
Confirm responsibilities for hosting, co-hosting, execution, finance, promotion, hospitality, and results announcement.
Set measurable outcomes, public disclosure methods, and directions for the next phase of collaboration.
The value of a formal proposal lies in bringing the expectations of different organizations into one shared framework. With clear goals, scope, division of labor, resources, budget, and outcome indicators, both parties can more efficiently confirm feasibility and reduce information gaps and execution risks before the project begins.
Turning educational, cultural, civic, branding, or charitable aims into a direction both parties agree on.
Integrating partners, content, schedule, venue, teaching staff, performances, and cultural experiences into a complete plan.
Clarifying the resources and responsibilities each party provides, including administration, execution, promotion, hospitality, finance, and risk management.
Defining outcome documents, footage, certificates, media coverage, educational impact, and the direction for future collaboration.
Partner organizations may choose a proposal direction based on their role and needs. Different directions can be planned individually or integrated into cross-school, cross-city, cross-institutional, or international composite projects.
Inter-school visits, joint classes, orchestra exchanges, teacher training, international education programs, and partner school networks.
Satellite venues, city music festivals, cultural exchange weeks, public performances, city hosting, and cross-regional arts collaboration.
Corporate sponsorship, brand co-creation, charitable music education, ESG projects, employee engagement, and social impact outcomes.
Overseas music festivals, World Heritage performances, masterclasses, international tours, and collaboration with schools and cultural institutions across countries.
A complete proposal must answer six questions at once: why partner, for whom, what to do, who is responsible, how many resources are needed, and what legacy remains. These six elements work together to form an actionable partnership plan.
Explain the origin and needs of the partnership, the problems it aims to solve, and its value to students, schools, cities, or brands.
Confirm the participating organizations, team types, student ages, numbers, cities, and key stakeholders.
Plan the overall rhythm of exchanges, rehearsals, performances, training, cultural experiences, promotion, and result announcements.
Clearly outline the host, co-organizer, execution, finance, venue, hospitality, promotion, and decision-making mechanisms.
Organize costs and resource sources for venue, faculty, transportation, lodging, equipment, production, administration, and promotion.
Define participation outcomes, educational impact, media exposure, documentation, and the direction for next year's partnership.
The proposal tool helps partner organizations complete an initial framework. After receiving the materials, the Foundation will discuss project scale, timeline, resources, and terms before forming the official version and execution documents.
Explain the reasons for collaboration, expected outcomes, participants, and needs to be addressed.
Select the collaboration type, activity content, timeline, location, scale, and key budget items.
Clarify the venue, manpower, teaching staff, administration, hospitality, funding, and promotional resources each party can provide.
Both contact points discuss feasibility, risks, timeline, and terms, revising them into a formal proposal.
Confirm the memorandum of understanding, contract, budget, work breakdown, and meeting mechanism as needed for the project.
Please provide details about the proposing organization, contact person, and background of the collaboration.
Please select your proposal direction and describe the scale, location, and timeline of participation.
Please outline the responsibilities expected of the proposing organization and the Foundation/partners.
You may add budget items and the total will be calculated automatically. Amounts are for preliminary proposal reference only; the formal budget still requires confirmation by both parties.
